Regulator suspends Plastic Surgery Center operations in Helsinki

Finnish regulators have suspended healthcare services at two Plastic Surgery Center companies operating from the same premises in central Helsinki after inspectors found serious risks to patient safety. The Licensing and Supervisory Agency, LVV, carried out an unannounced inspection at the Aleksanterinkatu premises of Plastic Surgery Center Helsinki Oy and Plastic Surgery Center Tampere Oy on 9 September. The agency ordered both providers to stop healthcare services with immediate effect.
