Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index closes 1 pct lower

HONG KONG, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's stock market ended lower Tuesday, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index down 1 percent to close at 24,667.24 points. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index lost 0.96 percent to 8,204.91 points, while the Hang Seng Tech Index dropped 0.62 percent to 4,291.34 points.
