NEW DELHI: Foreign nationals have managed to penetrate deep into India by obtaining Aadhaar cards, PAN cards and election identity cards through bogus documents, the Bombay High Court has observed, while calling for a thorough investigation into those helping such individuals enter and settle in the country.
