Ganderbal, Oct 24: Residents of Shutkadi village in Sonamarg have appealed to the Power Development Department (PDD) to review electricity billing arrangements for seasonal migrant families, saying it has become difficult for them to pay electricity bills for two houses when they live in each location for only six months a year.
