Manipur proposes Rs 10,000 annual incentive for Manipuri Pony owners; mobile vet units handle 7,205 cases

IMPHAL: The Directorate of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry has proposed increasing the annual incentive for Manipuri Pony owners to Rs 10,000 per pony, as part of efforts to conserve the state’s endangered indigenous breed.
