Srinagar, Oct 30: The Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a Union Territory-level Empowered Committee, District-Level Committees and a Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) Cell to ensure effective implementation of the Jammu and Kashmir Compressed Bio-Gas Energy Policy, 2026.
