Nessel wants a do-over on DTE's Google data center deal

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has petitioned the Michigan Public Service Commission for a rehearing regarding DTE Electric's contracts to power a Google data center, arguing the deal could lead to increased costs for other customers between 2035 and 2038.
