Juvenile critical after being struck by vehicle on Chelsea

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A boy is in critical condition after being struck by a car Friday afternoon at Chelsea Avenue and North Seventh Street. Police responded to a crash with a pedestrian struck at 3:44 p.m. A male juvenile was taken to a hospital; the vehicle responsible remained on the scene. Police are investigating.
