Govt launches month-long life certificate campaign

Srinagar, Oct 31: The Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department has announced a month-long Digital Life Certificate (DLC) campaign for pensioners and family pensioners across the Union Territory from November 1 to November 30, 2026, with special arrangements planned to facilitate elderly, bedridden and differently-abled beneficiaries.
