Euronext CEO and chairman Boujnah to step down

Euronext said on Monday that Stéphane ‌Boujnah, who has led the company since 2015, will step ⁠down as chief executive officer and chairman of the board in May 2027. The company added ‌it ⁠intends to nominate David Knibbe, current CEO at ⁠NN Group, as his replacement, subject ⁠to regulatory and shareholder ⁠approval.
