Indicted ICE agent surrenders himself in Harris County court

Mario Morales is accused of striking Miguel Parra-Hernandez with his vehicle while on patrol as an ICE agent. A grand jury indicted Morales Friday morning. His lawyer argues the indictment is “political prosecution.”
