Carpenter dies after falling from height at Rawalpora in Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov 03: A 50-year-old carpenter died after falling from a height at Rawalpora area of Srinagar on Tuesday, officials said. An official said that the man, who was working as a carpenter, sustained injuries after falling from a height at a house in Rawalpora. He was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where doctors declared him brought dead. The deceased was identified as Manzoor Ahmed. Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation.—(KNO)
