Swadeshi Jagran Manch opposes Starlink entry, urges government to prioritise national security
BHOPAL: The Swadeshi Jagran Manch (SJM) on November 3 demanded that the Central Government should not allow Starlink to launch its satellite-based internet services in India until concerns related to national security, data privacy and surveillance mechanisms are satisfactorily addressed. SJM workers staged a protest at the MVM College Square in Bhopal on Monday afternoon, raising slogans against Starlink and demanding that the company should not be permitted to commence its operations in India.
