Westchester Co. man admits benefit fraud in Albany County Court

A Westchester County man has admitted to stealing over $140,000 in pension benefits from his deceased neighbor. According to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), Danilo Pesce, of Pelham, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny in Albany County Court on Monday.
