SandeS to replace SMS OTPs for PROOF App

Srinagar, Nov 04 :The Jammu and Kashmir Government's Finance Department has introduced an alternative mechanism for delivering One-Time Passwords (OTPs) through the SandeS App for users of the PROOF App, following the discontinuation of the earlier SMS-based OTP service.
