NEW DELHI: Delhi Government’s Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) Amol Sinha has granted consent for initiating criminal contempt proceedings against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) legal head Ratna Singh over her posts on X questioning the independence of a Saket court magistrate. In his opinion dated Nov 2, Sinha granted consent following representations dated October 14 and 28 by advocate Kausik Chatterjee.
