Local teachers gifted $1,000 in classroom items from the Ohio Lottery

According to the Ohio Lottery, Karen Engel of Rayen Early College Middle School in Youngstown and Stephanie Cox of Warren G. Harding High School were two of 20 teachers across the state who were drawn in the Lottery's Giving Back Program.
