Srinagar, Nov 07 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Saturday sanctioned two days of Special Casual Leave for PM Package, migrant and Jammu-based employees posted in various departments across the Kashmir Division to celebrate Diwali in Jammu. According to an order issued by the Government’s General Administration Department (GAD), a copy of which was accessed by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the special leave has been sanctioned for November 7 (today) and November 9 (Monday). “
