Westlake enacts new restrictions on e-bike, e-scooter riders

City Council approved e-bike and e-scooter legislation at a recent meeting that prohibits anyone under 14 from operating the devices on city streets. It also prohibits the devices from operating on sidewalks, shared-use paths, trails, bicycle paths or other pedestrian walkways.
