Wyoming County man facing multiple charges involving sexual abuse of a child

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department says 41-year-old Roger Dean Belcher Jr. of Oceana was arrested Friday by members of the Wyoming-McDowell Crimes Against Children Task Force. According to the Sheriff’s Department, Belcher faces six counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and six counts of second-degree sexual assault. #WyomingCounty #WOAY
